In my 40 years I have had seven real estate transactions that have spanned from Buenos Aires to Tucuman to Patagonia to Seattle via Houston to Traverse City, MI .  So, I think that I can take the liberty of saying: "There are Realtors and there is Mary."

When we sat down with Mary to discuss the sale of our home, she did not jut give us her opinion of the price, she came with folders full of market comparisons and marketing material.  There are no gambles or "educated guesses" with Mary.  She knows her market and she gives you the information that is necessary to make good decisions.  With Mary the entire process has been smooth and seamless.  As a person with a life-long love of sailing, I can tell you that she steers the ship with nerve wrecking cool.  She is deliberate in all that she does and she returns phone calls promptly every day no matter how busy she may be.  This is a trait that seems to be very hard to find in other Realtors!
